  • Age-Specific Programs
    Our programs are designed to meet the unique needs of athletes aged 13-18, from middle school students to high school athletes, ensuring targeted and effective training.
  • Consistent and Engaging Sessions
    Training sessions are held 2 - 4 times a week, each lasting 45 - 60 minutes depending on the time of season. These sessions are varied and dynamic to keep teen athletes consistently challenged and engaged throughout the year. The sessions include intermediate plyometric training and linear acceleration development to enhance speed and power.
  • Seasonal Tailoring
    We offer structured programs tailored to in-season, off-season, and pre-season periods. Our focus includes increasing agility, improving change of direction, and expanding functional movement profiles to ensure athletes are always prepared, improving, and at their peak performance when it matters most.
